Roy Rogers Frederick

I have never been to a Roy Rogers before. Today I had to get my car fixed next door so I decided to check them out for lunch while I waited. What a surprise! I walked into a counter full of ladies with smiles on their faces waiting to greet me. I gave them my name and order, proceeded to get my drink and my order was finished, just like that! Super quick! I watched as people came in and was greeted with the same kindness I was......and as people left and was called BY NAME and told to come back and visit. I watched as a mom with her own children and children she was babysitting came in and ordered.....all the ladies treated the mother and kids with such patience and kindness as they tried to figure out what they wanted to eat. I watched as the mom got all her kids in the booth and was scrambling to find extra hands to help cause she seemed overwhelmed....one of the ladies behind the counter brought all their food to the table and served the mother and the children instead of calling the mom up to the counter to get her order. I watched as a gentleman went around to each table and offered mints, opened the door for people coming in and leaving, picking up trays from tables when he saw a guest was finished eating, asking everyone how their food was. The customer service at this place was over and beyond what you typically see at any fast food place. I am not sure who the hiring manager is, but he/she has surely done something right! This place was busy, and I now understand why. I will definitely be back!

Greeted by friendly staff. Quick service. Food is always hot and flavorful. I like having the fixins bar to top off your food the way you like it!

This is our stopping point to grab food when headed to Ohio. Food and staff always so nice. Restaurant including bathrooms always spottless!

Roy Rogers is one of my favorite fast food chains. This location is always well staffed, clean, and friendly. I've eaten in the dining room or gone through the drive through at least a dozen times and never had a bad experience. Love the toppings & condiments bar. Great burgers, fried chicken, and I love the mashed potatoes too. There aren't that many Roy Rogers out there but if you're looking for a quick bite in Frederick this is the best you can get.

We had a fantastic experience here! Had car trouble and got breakfast and waited with the family while the car was being worked on nearby. The food was great and the manager stopped by our table and was very understanding and let us wait! After a couple hours he even gave us some free drinks out of sympathy! All together felt very welcomed and a part of the family atmosphere here!

This Roy Rogers was the cleanest I have ever been in. They have a gentleman who greets you when you come in and then he makes sure that your table, the drink area, and fixins bar is absolutely spotless. The food is a typical Roy’s fare which I love. My fav’s are the cheeseburger and Double R Bar burger. Be sure to top them off with Roy’s barbecue sauce.

This was an easy to get to Roy Rogers with plenty of parking. The food options are simple and very similar in pricing to Wendy's and Chick-fil-A. The burger that I had was actually cooked and not microwaved. Big kudos for that. I haven't eaten at a Roy Rogers since maybe 1991, so this was a pleasant and nostalgic treat for me.

Delicious fast food! It’s an Arbys meets Popeyes meets Burger King. They have roast beef sandwiches better than one you would get at Arby’s, Biscuits better than Popeyes, and the burgers are probably better than Burger Kings. Overall amazing food, spotless and clean restaurant, and super friendly staff! The bathrooms were not the best, but there is a sheetz nearby for restrooms. Great place to stop at for diner!
